SOMATIC WAVE™ is a technique of moving muscle and bone by surfing anti-gravity through the chi meridians of connective tissue.
The tide of energy that moves between Yang and Yin is harnessed and channeled by the inner diaphragms to create self-support and movement without tension. This “sea of light” is guided through the felt-sense body (soma) and supported by the torus - the universal energy field of all heavenly bodies and living things.
This is the same action that is present in the ocean waves, extending over the sand while rebounding and sucking the water back from the shore with an under-tow. Antiforce allows chi to flow freely, steered by the diaphragms of the inner tube, through all parts of the body, even the brain. The main rebounder of your WAve™ is the perineum. It is the “critical point” where the least effort exerts the greatest effect.

Presspoints - The sensory presence at feet/tail/sit bones/hands where chi is extended a body length into Earth (or into space) creates a Rebound that lifts the body the same amount.
Perineum Sectors - Specific muscles of the perineum are engaged as the prime pumps and steering mechanisms of energy entering the Yin meridians and fascia of the inner core.
