Nia is an exhilarating movement practice that has been changing people's lives
since 1983. As the first workout to combine martial arts, dance, and healing arts,
Nia has created an evolutionary approach to fitness and self-healing in a body. 

Nia offers a fun, creative path to health and well-being, 
regardless of age or physical condition. A wide variety of tantalizing music is used to inspire you. Students are guided to move freely and to weave in and out of appropriate intensity levels for each move. 

Nia is a sensory-based movement practice that cultivates fitness 
by choosing Pleasure over pain, 
by listening to Sensationthe Voice of the Body -
and by developing our Sensory Intelligence
